As our Customer and Sales Audiology Support/Audiologist Specialist is going on leave, we are now looking for a new colleague to join the team on a fixed-term contract.

As a Customer and Sales Audiology Support/Audiologist Specialist, you will be based at our Danish headquarters in Middelfart, with the possibility of a hybrid work arrangement. In this role, you will act as an expert support function for customers, end users, and internal colleagues.

Your Responsibilities

You will support our customers and users by providing technical and audiological assistance on our products via phone, social media, and training.

Internally, you will collaborate with customer service, marketing, and our sales team, while also serving as an important link between our central product team and the local organization. You will be heavily involved in internal training and take responsibility for all areas where audiological expertise adds value to product launches, as well as providing direct product and audiological support to customers and end users.

  • Relevant education, e.g., Audiologist, Speech and Hearing Specialist, or Audiology Assistant
  • Fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken
  • You should thrive in a wholesale organization where the pace can be high and where you will be managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Prioritization will therefore be an essential daily tool.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide audiological and product support to customers and consumers in line with company strategy via phone and other relevant channels
  • Assist marketing with audiological and product support to customers and consumers on social media, aligned with company strategy
  • Perform upselling and cross-selling when relevant in B2B support
  • Translate relevant training materials for internal and external training and/or presentations, as well as product launch materials, from English into Danish
  • Translate relevant software and/or materials from English into Danish
  • Coordinate and conduct internal product and audiological training for sales and customer service
  • Develop practical customer training for each relevant launch (hands-on demo training)
  • Participate in relevant customer events, roadshows, seminars, and webinars
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks from sales, marketing, and/or customer service
