Lead HR Product Engineer (React & Python | AI-Driven Development) (m/f/d)

As a Lead HR Product Engineer (React & Python | AI-Driven Development) you play a key role in building data- and AI-driven internal tools that support decision-making and automation within HR and leadership teams.

Working in close collaboration with HR, Strategy, and Analytics stakeholders, you contribute across the full product lifecycle — from rapid prototyping and development through to iteration, deployment, and continuous improvement. You focus on delivering practical, high-impact solutions quickly, gathering feedback, and refining tools to maximize business value.

More about the role

  • Develop and deliver end-to-end internal tools (frontend, backend, data/AI logic) in rapid cycles
  • Build intuitive user interfaces using React for internal stakeholders
  • Develop Python-based backends (APIs, data processing, business logic)
  • Integrate AI/LLM capabilities (e.g. analysis, summarization, recommendations) into applications
  • Work with structured and semi-structured data to generate actionable insights
  • Leverage AI coding tools to accelerate development and deployment
  • Collect stakeholder feedback and iterate quickly to improve solutions
  • Collaborate closely with HR, Strategy, and Analytics teams to deliver business value

More about you


Must-haves

  • Technical education in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Strong experience with React (hooks, state management, component design)
  • Strong experience with Python (e.g. FastAPI, Flask, APIs, data processing)
  • Hands-on experience with AI coding tools (e.g. Copilot, Cursor, Codex or similar)
  • Experience integrating AI/LLM capabilities into applications
  • Ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset
  • Fluent English

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with analytics, dashboards, or decision-support tools
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably Azure)
  • Experience building internal tools or HR-related solutions
  • Experience working in fast-paced, iterative product environments
