Total Reward Manager EMEA & LATAM
Within the Global Total Rewards Center of Excellence (COE) the Total Reward Manager EMEA & LATAM plays a critical role in providing expert guidance, coordination, and support for the effective implementation of total reward programs, policies, and practices across the EMEALA regions for all group companies in line with the Sonova Group Total Reward policies. The goal is to align these programs with Global Total Reward guidance and market best practices, thereby attracting, retaining, and motivating top talent. Additionally, the manager provides strategic counsel, training, and support to the EMEALA Human Resources teams as needed, all while supporting the company's overarching strategic objectives.
More about the role :
- Lead the development and execution of compensation and benefits strategies, including short-term and long-term incentive programs, aligned with global frameworks and local market practices.
- Support HRBPs with the annual salary budgeting process, ensuring alignment with local market practices and country-specific government mandates.
- Conduct regular market benchmarking using reliable survey data (e.g., Mercer, Aon, WTW) to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness. Analyze trends, identify gaps, and propose actionable recommendations.
- Partner with HRBPs to conduct job evaluations and ensure accurate job leveling across EMEALA. Support the maintenance of consistent job architecture and grading structures.
- Lead regional annual compensation review processes in collaboration with HRBPs and Global Total Reward teams.
- Support the implementation and optimization of reward-related systems (e.g., SuccessFactors) and tools. Leverage advanced Excel, Power BI, or Python for data modeling and visualization.
- Develop and communicate reward policies, guidelines, and FAQs to ensure clarity and consistency across the organization. Provide training and support to HR and business stakeholders.
- Ensure all reward programs comply with local labor laws and regulations. Manage relationships with benefits providers and brokers to optimize cost-effectiveness and service delivery.
- Support key reward projects (e.g., pay transparency, pay bands, benefits plan updates) with strong project management and stakeholder collaboration.
More about you :
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits in a global, agile environment (EMEA & LATAM preferred)
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work independently and across all organizational levels
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with adaptability to different stakeholders
- Change-oriented, resilient, and proactive mindset with a strong learning attitude
- High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to handle confidential data
- Fluent in English
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills (e.g., Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint proficiency
- Experience with HR systems such as ADP and SAP SuccessFactors
