Director Legal Counsel
As Director Legal Counsel, you will act as a strategic business partner to global Operations, R&D, Procurement and Corporate IT teams, supporting complex international projects and helping shape key business decisions. From supply chain and technology agreements to intellectual property and AI-related matters, your expertise will help drive innovation and operational excellence across a highly regulated, global organization.
We're looking for someone who listens as much as they advise – a trusted partner who builds relationships through clarity and pragmatism, not over-lawyering or legal jargon. At Sonova's legal team, protecting the business is the baseline. What sets you apart is your ability to enable and drive the business forward, cut through complexity, and help the organisation move with confidence. Instead of saying "no”, you find an alternative path – or create one. That's how we lead through innovation and execute with agility and speed – and we need our legal partners to do the same.
In return for your commercial mindset, legal expertise and collaborative approach, you will join a dynamic international environment where you can influence business strategy in dedicated areas, work on and lead impactful initiatives and contribute to technologies that improve people’s lives.
