Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst that delivers out-of-sights by leveraging the latest technologies. As a pivotal member of our team, you will closely collaborate with Product Managers to convert raw data into actionable insights that fuel data-driven decision-making. Your role will encompass the complete spectrum of activities from formulating business hypotheses, establishing success metrics, determining tracking requirements, crafting visually captivating data presentations, and effectively communicating conclusive findings to stakeholders.
- Analyze data comprehensively, striving to continuously optimize the performance of TeamViewer's products by uncovering valuable insights
- Unearth business-critical information that transcends surface-level observations, revealing imperceptible opportunities and driving innovation
- Generate in-depth reports and develop and maintain interactive dashboards to monitor and assess product performance, empowering stakeholders to make informed decisions
- Employ your creative prowess to develop visually compelling data visualizations that convey complex information in an easily digestible manner
- Utilize data to forecast and guide business activities, proactively shaping strategic plans and facilitating effective resource allocation
- Engage in seamless collaboration with data scientists, leveraging their expertise while contributing your own insights to enhance product outcomes
Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional experience in data analytics roles in big data environments
- 4+ years of experience writing advanced and optimized SQL queries, generating reports, and creating dashboards
- University degree, preferably in computer science, physics, mathematics or engineering. However, a proven track record (w/ references) beats the degree
- Expert in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Looker
- Expert in A/B testing
- Advanced knowledge about DBT
- Solid understanding of statistics
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- You enjoy working in a team and can inspire others with your ideas
