We are looking for Senior Engineering Program Manager to join our team. This role is extremely critical and has high visibility in our organization working with our top leaders. In this role you will manage high-impact security and compliance related projects and work closely with our product and engineering teams. Your role goes beyond mere coordination—your leadership will enhance employee experiences and ensure seamless inter-team communication. What you'll do

• Program Development & Management: Lead engineering programs focused on Product Security & Compliance
• Project Planning: Define and enforce project plans and schedules to meet business and regulatory requirements. Demonstrate strong project management skills and strategic analytical thinking
• Policy Compliance: Ensure adherence to Policies & Standards, including Global Development Policy and ISO9001/ISO27001
• Product Vision: Drive the vision, roadmap, and usage plans for security and compliance domain
• Product Delivery: Prioritize and manage the product backlog to deliver high-quality specifications that meet customer and user requirements
• Collaboration: Work closely with release management, production, governance, and leadership teams. Coordinate feedback from customers, Solution Management, and other stakeholders
• Process Improvement: Contribute to efficiency and process enhancement

What you bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent education
• Strong software product or program management experience
• Advanced technical or business skills and special knowledge in one / several security areas with a strong customer focus; demonstrate that you have developed the acumen to cultivate lasting customer relations
• Experience working on software development methodologies and experience working with security tools
• Knowledge of project management and security frameworks and best practices
• Certifications like PMP are an asset
