ABOUT THE TEAM

Our Quality Assurance (QA) team ensures operational tasks within Trade Republic meet high standards of accuracy and quality. We develop targeted QA processes to generate actionable insights from data analysis, supporting the safety of company and customer finances in the realm of anti-financial crime (AFC). Our mission revolves around aligning processes with strategic goals, implementing scalable architectures, and establishing efficient measurement systems.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Manage the day to day QA operation for AFC, including conducting QA reviews
• Coordinate QA Working Students and Interns on tasks and best practice
• Monitor the quality of outsourced tasks, including managing quality expectations with outsourcing partners
• Analyse QA data to identify operational weaknesses and inefficiencies (root cause analysis), in order to offer actionable feedback and recommendations to the operational teams
• Evaluate the development of quality and performance trends and differentiate one-time effects from repetitive behaviour
• Clearly structure findings and proactively report observed trends to relevant stakeholders
• Provide clear feedback to agents who made errors in operational tasks
• Identify opportunities for QA automations and other improvements to QA processes
• Foster a culture of quality excellence in all aspects of the operation

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Self-driven personality with a “hands-on” approach and outstanding analytical skills with a quick understanding of new subjects and a willingness to learn and excel in a demanding startup environment.
• Understand how to interpret QA data, identifying root causes of errors and prioritising fixes that have immediate impact. In other words, high level problem solving.
• First practical experience in data analysis and coding is advantageous (SQL or Python).
• Excellent communication skills in English and German are required, additional languages can be helpful.
• Attention to detail is of utmost importance, as well as a willingness to challenge the status quo for the purpose of improving quality and performance.
• Berlin-based or willingness to relocate to Berlin.
