IT Data & Reporting Analyst - Elida Beauty

We re-found iconic brands by remixing them for today’s generation, making them even bigger beauty hits than they were first time around. Our remixes democratize beauty, because we want everyone on the ‘beauty dance floor’ with our top-quality products at a great value.

We are looking for an IT Data and Reporting Analyst to join our Analytics team and provide insights and solutions to our business challenges. They will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and presenting data from various sources, using SQL, data pipelines, and visualisation tools. They will also have a good understanding of analytics platforms, preferably with OAC, ODI, and Oracle Autonomous database.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Collect, process, validate and clean data from various sources
• Analyse data using statistical and visualization techniques and generate reports and dashboards
• Interpret data and identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders and management
• Collaborate with other Analytics team members to improve data and reporting processes and systems

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• At least 1-2 years of experience as a Data and Reporting Analyst or a similar role
• Working experience SQL, PL/SQL and databases for data manipulation and analysis and reporting
• Experience with analytics platforms and data pipelines
• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as OAC, Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Eager to learn new trends and technologies related to analytics and reporting tools
