Title: AM Product Development - PC
Location: Karachi HO

Main Accountabilities:

• Technical delivery of formulation/processing of Personal Care Products as per project briefs.

• Generate ideas, Lead, and manage project delivery and implementation of VIP program on formulation & materials with cross function teams.

• Assist Technical Project Leader on developing Skin Cleansing Product formulations & ensure product quality including product stability and regulatory compliance.

• Deliver Superior product formulation in Personal Care market providing the best product experience to the consumers.

• Conduct main plant trials and 3P development.

• Define specification of finished good & material components.

• Ensure formulation compliance with Unilever R&D Functional Excellence standards, consumer safety framework, Best Proven Practices, and country regulations.

• Ensure compatibility of product formulation with the packaging and production line

• Ensure formulation/processing development process of multi projects meet the projects timelines.

• Ensure quality delivery of finished good product as project brief.

• Ensure alternative materials from alternative suppliers and/or for alternative sourcing site fits for purpose.

Relevant Experience

• BE Chemical Engineering / MSc. Applied Chemistry / Biotechnology with 1-2 years of experience.

• Personal Care Formulation Technology & Product Process Knowledge

• Project Management

• Communication & Influencing Skill

• Complexity Management / Multitasking Skill

• Project management for multiple projects in R&D or Supply Chain

• Experience in Personal Care Formulations would be an added advantage.
