Location: Weena, Rotterdam with intent to move to Amsterdam in 2025

Full time

Salary: 48-65 K gross per year depending on background and experience.

JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

Strengthen the future-focused capabilities by:

  • Define and execute the data product strategy and roadmap with business stakeholders and development teams.
  • Lead the development, maintenance and optimization of scalable data visualization tools and tech solutions.
  • Lead the expansion of product analytics: from opportunity sizing to post-launch impact.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across tech, development, and business teams.
  • Collaborate with external partners on data roadmaps and establish data maturity frameworks.
  • Provide data-driven support to internal stakeholders for informed decision-making.
  • Guide business key stakeholders on leveraging data to achieve goals.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience of experience delivering actionable insights in a data-driven environment. Prior experience in a global tech / food / FMCG company is a plus.
  • Analytical skills: Extensive experience with complex modeling and conducting quantitative analysis.
  • Digital Commerce knowledge (a plus): Understanding of the digital commerce space and the biggest food delivery partners.
  • Communication skills: Strong communication and presentation skills to present analysis

clearly and concisely to executives and management.

  • Relationship building: Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and influence
    them with concrete recommendations across all levels (local, central, and external teams).
  • Problem-solving: A resourceful problem-solver with a proactive approach who can drive
    alignment even in ambiguous situations.
  • Project Plan: experience creating and following project plans. Prior experience as a project
    lead is a plus.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI. Understanding of Azure,
    Databricks is a plus.
  • Programming skills (a plus): Skilled in SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages.
  • English fluency: Fluent in written and spoken English.
