Main Job Purpose:
Data & Digital marketing would play vital role in driving digital marketing investment efficiency to fuel business growth based on strong data mindset and business acumen. It would focus on key areas including:
Data analytics:
1. Provide insightful analysis and recommendation on how to fuel brand business growth thru digital commerce data analysis.
Dcommerce performance tracking & measurement
1. Brand level performance tracking (TM FGS, Douyin, JD) compiled in monthly dashboard
2. Core product line performance tracking, identify key issues and improvement areas
Capability building
1. Data tools training. Drive BU relevant function teams’ understanding and know-how on key data tools in terms of how to use, how to read.

Job Requirements
1.3+ years working experience in e-commerce data team, with ISV/inhouse data analytics experience.
2.Master in EC data tools (巨量云图&罗盘,生意参谋/数据银行/策略中心,千瓜/飞瓜等)
3. Strong in logical thinking, data mining and presentation.
