JOB PURPOSE

As Marketing Coordinator for Dove Masterbrand in Brazil, you will co-lead the communication, activation, and purpose agenda across key initiatives — including the lead-up to the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027, one of the world’s largest sporting events, hosted in Brazil.

This role requires strong communication and activation skills, effective stakeholder management and the ability to translate global guidelines into culturally relevant local initiatives. You will be responsible for orchestrating integrated campaigns, managing agencies and cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring flawless delivery across channels and touchpoints.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Co-lead the communication, activation, and purpose agenda for Dove Masterbrand in Brazil, including major platforms such as the lead-up to the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027 and other purpose-led initiatives.

  • Drive the local implementation of global Masterbrand strategies, translating them into culturally relevant campaigns and activations for the Brazilian market.

  • Orchestrate integrated marketing campaigns across channels and touchpoints, ensuring strong brand impact and flawless execution.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Media, CMI, R&D, PR and Customer Development to deliver integrated plans.

  • Support the development and execution of long-term Masterbrand strategies aligned with Dove’s purpose and brand positioning.

  • Monitor campaign performance and generate insights to optimize communication effectiveness and brand impact.

  • Manage key external partners and agencies to ensure high-quality creative output and on-time delivery of initiatives.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

  • Proven experience in brand management, marketing communications, or campaign activation.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines.

  • Fluency in Portuguese and advanced English.

  • Experience working with purpose-driven campaigns or large-scale cultural platforms.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience collaborating with global teams and adapting global strategies to local markets.

  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing and social-first communication.

  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills in cross-functional environments.
