Job Purpose
PC ID Assistant CD Finance Manager serves as the strategic finance partner both CSP and CBD and enables enables high‑quality decision making, shapes the trade investment strategy, safeguards financial compliance, and drives profitable, sustainable growth across key customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Partnering & Strategy: Act as the primary finance business partner for Minimarket and dCommerce teams | Provide financial insights to shape channel growth strategy, promotion architecture, and investment choices | Influence commercial decisions through fact-based analysis.
Performance Management: Lead monthly LE trade spend investment for the channels | Identify performance gaps early, drive recovery plans with business partners | Track key KPIs including SO/SI growth, TTS %VRR, TO and %USG, compared to IOP target
Investment Governance & ROI: Own TTS governance for Minimarket & dCom, ensuring effective investment allocation aligned to customer and category priorities | Evaluate promo scenarios, productivity, and dCom platform fees | Strengthen compliance by ensuring adherence to Unilever Finance policies (TPM, OPSO, accruals, audit readiness).
Channel & Customer Insights: Analyze internal/external data (B2B data, internal dashboards, sell-in/out) to drive channel insights and translate trends into commercial opportunities
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with CBD, CSP, and Customer Operations | Coordinate investment planning and execution monitoring
Continuous Improvement & Digital Tools: Leverage dashboards and analytics to simplify reporting and improve decision making | Drive automation and process improvements to reduce manual workload and enhance agility.
Qualifications:
Strong critical and analytical thinking
Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools
Exceptional communication skill both written and verbal
Excellence knowledge on financial reporting, accounting principles, and compliance standard
Ability to deal with big number and translate it into insight for various stakeholder
Capability to adapt in high tension working environment
