Job Title: Channel Distributor Executive – Gensan (6 Months - Fixed Term Contract)
Location: Gensan (Field)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Distributor & Territory Management
Manage end-to-end operations of assigned distributors in the SOCCSKSARGEN region.
Conduct regular Joint Business Planning, monthly business reviews, and market visits.
Ensure achievement of sales targets, volume objectives, coverage goals, and KPIs.
Strengthen geographic coverage in high-potential cities and municipalities.
2. Sales Growth & Market Execution
Drive numeric & weighted distribution in GT, WS, and emerging MT accounts.
Ensure availability, pricing compliance, and promo execution.
Improve route-to-market efficiency and optimize beat plans.
Track sell-out trends and grow presence in key trading zones.
3. Channel Development & Visibility
Implement merchandising, visibility programs, and trade activations.
Strengthen presence in local chains (e.g., KCC, Ace Centerpoint).
Identify and activate underserved municipalities.
Forecasting, Analytics & Reporting
Monitor inventory health, stock aging, and price compliance.
Provide weekly/monthly reports and competitor insights.
Coordinate demand planning for product availability.
5. Distributor Capability Building
Train distributor sales teams on selling skills and product knowledge.
Support recruitment and performance monitoring of sales personnel.
Ensure compliance with company guidelines.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2–4 years of FMCG/HPC experience in channel or distributor management.
Mindanao market experience preferred.
Skills
Strong negotiation and relationship-building.
Analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and Power BI-type tools.
Excellent communication and field execution capability.
Leadership and distributor team management.
Working Conditions
Field-based with frequent travel across SOCCSKSARGEN.
Weekly market immersion and periodic regional meetings.
