JOB PURPOSE
The Finance Coordinator responsible for distribution cost strategy & performance will be a key partner to the Supply Chain leadership team to deliver value through strategic projects, to drive controlled costs and GM improvement.
Working closely with peers across LATAM, the job offers a great opportunity to develop a regional network across Supply Chain and Finance, build experience in supply chain strategy, project evaluation and performance management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for coordinating, preparing, consolidating, and reconciling financial plans, comparing and explaining variations in budget results between real vs financial scenarios.
Monthly performance analysis for both actuals and forecast to extract insights, identify hot spots, and drive corrective actions.
Coordination and preparation of periodic presentations for the leadership, being responsible for monthly reports and decks with key performance indicator.
Support and perform mid to long term performance management with strategic plan modelling, target setting, etc.
Provide impactful insights & analytics of SC performance, working closely with a wide community of finance and supply chain teams.
Support transformational and strategic projects, by building financial modelling and business cases, preparing P&L Impact and Cash Flow scenarios for and sensitivity analyzes.
Attend to performance forums, with interface with global, regional, and country leadership teams.
Control SC Overheads costs
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degreed completed;
Experience with Finance, Consulting or Consumer Goods Industry.
Strong analytical skills and critical thinking. Excel modelling skills and attention to detail.
Resilience. Ability to cope with time pressure and challenges.
Storytelling. Ability to present complex information in a simplified manner.
Strong business partnering capability; decision support and evaluation of projects.
Ability to identify value creation opportunities and drive them through.
Ability to work collaboratively with other key stakeholders.
Strong skills in MS Excel, Power BI and SAP.
Advanced English;
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Basic Spanish.
