WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

Drive Financial Performance of the Home Care Category

  • Accountable for the P&L, Movements, and Gaps to Business Targets
  • Provide support in financial simulations like Pricing, Savings, Promo Investment, Innovations
  • Deep-dive Risks and Opportunities for consistent and profitable Growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and other finance teams to implement financial plans; ensure accurate and timely reporting of HC financial results
  • Conduct financial modeling (financial scenarios) and analysis to support business decisions

Provide Decision Support and Timely Analysis on High-Value Business Priorities

  • Prepare the Innovation/Renovation Business Cases and monitor the annual/YTD performance of the new products
  • Prepare Financial presentations and submissions for Local & Global Business Teams
  • Support Annual and Long-Term Business Planning
  • Support New Product Launches & Post-Launch Evaluation
  • Portfolio Mix Improvements and Saving Initiatives

Experiences & Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills, Excel modelling skills and attention to detail
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to work fluidly with ambiguity, and to multi-task
  • Strong engagement, presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to present complex information in a simplified manner
  • Ability to work fluidly with data across systems and reporting tools
  • Experience in driving process simplification and improvements
  • Experience managing a large and complex set of stakeholders
  • Ability to present to and communicate with senior Finance and non-Finance stakeholders
