JOB PURPOSE
This role exists to provide consumers with best-in-class service by responding to their inquiries and concerns about products and services. You’ll be part of a team that believes in doing work that matters — for people and the planet.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage consumer satisfaction through effective handling of consumer contacts
- Understand consumer needs and expectations
- Build community loyalty and enhance company reputation
- Introduce and implement company policies related to consumer protection and engagement
- Support consumer relations processes
- Monitor engagement standards and compliance with quality guidelines
- Handle reporting and basic analysis activities
- Support promotional activities and brand campaigns
- Manage consumer data and reporting during issue management
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
University degree
Minimum 3 years of experience in consumer service is a must
Fluent in English and Turkish
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital communication tools
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in FMCG industry
Experience with CRM systems and reporting tools
Experience in social media or digital consumer engagement is a plus
