Key Accountabilities
Unilever Indonesia Brand PR lead
Corporate Digital Asset lead
Assist Comms Manager in managing Corporate PR
Issue and crisis management support
Roles and Responsibilities
Reporting to the Comms Manager, the key roles include:
1. Unilever Indonesia Brand PR Lead
Provide Brand PR Strategic counseling to BU team
Work with Brand PR agencies to build, implement and measure the effectiveness of PR strategies for brands
Manage and evaluate Brand PR agencies and their works
Provide analytical evaluation on Brand PR investments.
build rapport with relevant media (beauty/lifestyle/general media)
2. Corporate Digital Asset Lead
Supervise the management of ULI website, Instagram and Media Monitoring System
Monitor and record the assets output and outcome, using the existing measurement system
Provide an analytical evaluation of the result and identify areas for improvements
Provide ideas and suggestions to Comms Manager for improvement
Assist Comms Manager in building strategy and tactics for the assets
Review and approve the content and editorial plan
Key contact person for digital corporate assets
3. Support Comms Manager in Managing Corporate PR
Support the PR document preparation
Support the PR event preparation
Support the PR agency supervision
Support the reporting
4. Issue and Crisis Management
Support Comms Manager and Head of Corporate Communication in managing issues and crisis in corporate level
Lead issue and crisis management in Brand level with supervision from Comms Manager
Develop monthly crisis report
Workload
100% in charge to support local business in alignment with global communications objectives; with occasional support to global agenda
Skills /Experiences
1-2 years’ experience in PR
Good communications skill
Good project management skill
Literacy in digital and social channels
Good writing skill in Bahasa Indonesia and English
Good analytical skill
