Job Description

Define the complex and wide product vision and coordinate with the tribe lead and other product owners.
 Create the requirements for the creation of products, making sure they are complete and comprehensive. Act with proficiency in a specialised field and broad understanding of relationships between different fields both gained through deep and broad experience built on concepts and principles.
 Develop and define user stories / items and acceptance criteria from the feature and capability roadmap defined by Product Managers. Rank and prioritize user stories / items and add them to the team backlog for sprint development, conveying a clear vision of what is required to be built.
 Approve the final release plan and accept all deliverables against defined user stories and acceptance criteria.
 Analyse and report delivery risks and opportunities and engage stakeholders for communications and decision-making. Solve problems through development of methods, procedures and approaches within defined policies.
 Participate in retrospectives to identify improvement opportunities. In cooperation with Scrum Master coordinate day to day activities such as sprint planning to ensure collaboration and effective delivery of user stories against commercial objectives.
 Manage the financial plan for the delivery team, providing forecasts.
• Working in collaboration with both Business and Technical stakeholders. Challenging and prioritizing business requirements to align to business objectives.
• Ensuring high-level functional design which supports the business requirements.
• Professional experience and knowledge of the Telco industry strongly preferred.
• Experience in successful delivery in Product Ownership across full product lifecycles
• Experience in successfully leading and mentoring agile.
• Experience in agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, Extreme Programming (XP), Test Driven Design and Behavioural Driven Design

Must have technical / professional qualifications:
• Degree or higher degree in software engineering
