What you’ll do

To implement and manage reporting and analytics solutions to fullfil reporting requirements for Partner OpCo and internal Stakeholders and requestors, for top management.

To provide reports, dashboards and data analytics, to draw conclusions and make recommendations. To develop, automate and standardize the reporting processes

Key accountabilities and decision ownership

  • Drive business efficiency by taking accountability of providing accurate data and high quality insights on Partner OpCo Business Sales & Commercial Services processes
  • Drive better understanding of business activities and lifecycles, Sales Data and its key performance indicators via in-depth analysis
  • Create and maintain platforms for actionable insights and cooperate with and promote them to stakeholders across multiple departments (Partner Stakeholders, Sales, Business Enablement, Commercial Management & Sales Enablement)
  • Design, construct and maintain a wide set of tools like reports and applications, customized to satisfy stakeholders’ needs
  • Provide subject matter expertise regarding all processes in order to support each team member in their operational tasks
  • Exploit available tools, applications and capabilities or identify possibilities to implement such enablers to drive efficiency across all functions of the team
  • Develop and maintain great relationships with all stakeholders with direct or Partner Market Colleagues, and within Partner OpCo, and other local organizations.
  • Designing on demand planning and performance management Qlikview / Qliksense / Power BI dashboards, understanding, incorporating business needs and requirements of the partner.
  • Deep understanding of business to effectively design Performance Dashboards.
  • Generally keep and actively enhance business knowledge to anticipate business needs and to provide effective analysis, discover trends and potential issues.
  • Create on demand Analysis by understanding business purpose and all affected parameters, move towards predictive and proactive approach in fulfilling all needs of Stakeholder, anticipate further needs, predictively analyze if required.
  • Driving automatization of tasks where possible, in alignment with business partners / requestors

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

  • Experience in data analysis, interpretation, reporting and presentation of findings
  • Experience in working with data warehouses & business intelligence tools. global database management
  • Advanced MS office (Excel, Access, Power Point) and advanced SQL skills
  • Ability to balance conflicting interests and make decisions based on incomplete or unreliable information, Decision-making skills
  • 3+ years’ experience working with, 2+ years writing SQL queries, 5-8 years experiences supporting Vodafone Business Germany, in supporting function business or 8+ years experience in business support positions
  • High level Analytical/ data analysis skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, teamwork
  • Ability to prioritize and reprioritize, flexibility.Presentation skills
  • General understanding of KPI DB of VBG and proactive enhancement of business knowledge to be able to maintain high quality performance of this task and keep agreed SLA.
  • Leading role in Planning and Performance Management activities. Participation and take on leading role in complex projects (ie. VBG Blueprint), such as preparation of complete Sales
  • Territory assignment with all needed analysis, preparation and communication with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Proactive approach and keeping communication with all relevant Vodafone Business Commercial Management departments for maximum quality, keeping up close cooperation. Build up deep business knowledge and experience is needed to be successful in the Blueprint task.
  • Knowledge of Database management is needed. Knowledge of Sharepoint, Access, VBA is of advantage.
