What you’ll do

  • Being member IT Management Systems teams to keep systems & services up and running uninterruptedly on a 7/24 hour basis in compliance with the internal procedures (SOX, ISO-27001) and Vodafone Turkey Strategies
  • IT ownership & accountability to ensure that necessary actions are taken to prevent occurrence of service usage problems
  • Planning collaboration with architects and designers

Operational Accountabilities

  • Ensure that operation are executed successfully and planned results are obtained based on ITIL processes such as ,
    • Change Management
    • Incident Management
    • Defect Management
    • Fault Management
    • Performance&Capacity Management
    • Problem Management
    • Budget Management (Opex&Capex)Ensure that operational activities are in compliance with ISO 27001 and SOX standards.
  • Ensure that department’s KPIs are fulfilled.
  • Works with Sales, Service Desk , Infrastructure , Test, Solution, MSP, Finance , COPS other 3rd parties and vendors to keep systems up and running uninterruptedly on a 7/24 hour basis
  • Ensure that BCM plans are successfully planned and executed.
  • Filling out Incident root Cause documentation and manage the process
  • To design solution / Enterprise Architecture team to implement/plan Systems/Services
  • To ensure that non-functional requirements of operation team are ready and implemented in projects


  • Preparation of BAU work plan
  • Follow up on projects and
  • Ensure that continuous improvement process in place to prevent occurrence of overcharge&undercharge, service interruption, and wrong reports cases.
  • To ensure that all of the operational tasks and processes are well planned and documented.
  • Ensure that all of the operational tasks and processes are executed in parallel with proper how-to-documentation

Information Security

  • Comply with VFTR’s information security policy, standards and procedures, available under Intranet / Corporate Security Library,
  • Report all suspected security and/or policy breaches, potential security risks to VF TR Corporate Security,
  • Protect VF TR’s information assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference,
  • Protect user accounts and associated passwords, and accept accountability for any actions performed via usage of those accounts.

Business Continuity

  • Ensure that VFTR BCM policy /standard ,procedures ,plans implemented and works carried out in compliance with BS 25999 -2:2007 Standard
  • Ensure that BCM risks are assessed and mitigated so far as is reasonably practicable in VFTR Business Continuity Management System (BCMS)
  • Ensure VTR BCMS by planning, establishing, embedding, implementing, monitoring, reviewing, maintaining and improving within VFTR

    • Service Management tools operations and Development
      • Maximo
      • EasyMAx
    • Automation Operation and Development
    • Robotic Process Automation
      • Workload Automation
      • Batch Processing
    • Configuration Management and Ent. Tools Operations
      • BMC CMDB
      • GRC Tool
    • GSM Networks
    • Telecom Authority Flows
  • Knowledge of revenue & service assurance processes
  • Strong understanding of SDLC.
  • Good command of English
