Fixed Network Quality Engineer

What will you do

• Defined the criteria/KPIs to assess fixed network performance from end-user / service perspective and monitor on daily basis service performance.
• Responsible for fixed quality framework management. Preparation of executive network performance analysis and dashboards on periodical bases.
• Ensure implementation & harmonization of fixed performance indicators with vertical organization.
• Highlight improvements/ degradation and provide detailed root cause analysis.
• Create insights and competitive analysis based on fixed crowd sourcing solutions.
• Lead network certification projects and support commercial teams with network claims.
• Lead fixed network improvement plans; Raise awareness across network domains stakeholders on network performance and ensure management engagement to approve & prioritize network enhancement activities.
• Provide insights on worst performing customers and CPE performance based on diagnostic tools capabilities.
• Support network leadership and deep detractors' reduction plans.
• Act as a single point of contact in all activities involving fixed network quality.
• Close collaboration with all network domains to ensure network excellence.

Job Responsibilities

• Day to day monitoring of fixed performance indicators.
• Preparation of periodical reports on fixed performance.
• Preparation and prioritization of fixed improvement plans.
• Align and sign off plans with all network domains.
• Engage with engineering team to enable use of all infrastructure capabilities and possible CEM solution implementation.
• Preparation of competitive insights on periodical bases.
• Support network major projects with insights on network performance impact.
