Enterprise Network Engineer

What you’ll do

We can offer this position as part time job in case of your interest.

• Enterprise Technical Project Manager handles easing the delivery of value from Vodafone Networks towards Vodafone Business (Sales, VBTS (Vodafone Business Technology Solutions), Product) & End Customers

• More specifically:

• Management of Feasibility Analysis & Solution Delivery for Customer Requests, pertaining activities like

• Requirements gathering & scope definition

• Proper analysis team staffing

• Definition of proper solution / network design

• Solution cost evaluation

• Manages the full lifecycle of projects: feasibility study, development, testing, acceptance, and implementation of network platforms, in all technology areas needed to deliver services to Business Customers

• Align Network Expansion in relation to Forecasts and Business needs for areas pertaining Enterprise Customers Services

• Support Vodafone Business in proposing Business Opportunities based on Networks capabilities and features.

• Ensure all stakeholders and Networks experts are properly involved and contribute.

• Fully utilise Vodafone Networks capabilities to ensure the best possible solution design

What skills we need

• University degree
  (preferable: computer science, telecommunications or equivalent)

• Experience in Telecommunications sector – Experience in Enterprise Segment Access & Telephony will be considered an advantage.

• Good awareness of wider technology aspects in telecommunications and ICT

• Good understanding of Access and IP Routing technologies

• Cisco certification

• Understanding of IP (Fixed and Mobile) telephony

• Understanding of Security considerations and market solutions on the area

• PM Certification is considered a plus

• Very good communication skills

• Ability to work within virtual teams and interface with multi-national clients.

• Strong results oriented and customer focused mentality.
