We are seeking a seasoned Software Engineering Lead to lead our dynamic software development team, particularly in projects focused on data movement, integration, and quality. In this role, you will be responsible for driving technical excellence, leading complex data initiatives, and mentoring a team of talented engineers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, reliable, and efficient solutions that meet business objectives and our clients' needs. Additionally, you will analyze business requirements, translate them into technical tasks, and stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams to define and implement technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
What you bring:
- Experience with Google OR AWS OR Azure clouds
- Experience in API development: Rest and gRPC methods
- Advanced knowledge of Javascript and, as a plus, knowledge on Java, C++, Python or React
- Hands on experience of Container technology
- Deep understanding of Microservice Architecture
