The Technology Product Owner will lead the product implementation, ensuring an exceptional customer experience across service, technology, and commercial pillars. You will act as the primary product and sales interface from the technology team, translating product requirements into capabilities and features, and will be in charge of some of following responsibilities:

  • Develop the technology roadmap.
  • Conduct impact analysis of product/customer demands.
  • Present roadmap at vision sessions if requested.
  • Ensure capabilities/features meet the definition of done
  • Plan resources with the Scrum Master, re-prioritizing work if necessary.
  • Support delivery teams to ensure plan execution.
  • Review and approve completed stories.
  • Resolve escalations and maintain data quality.

What you bring

  • 5-10 years of proven experience in a technology product ownership role or similar.
  • Strong understanding of product development and management.
  • Excellent communication skills to act as the voice of the customer and align cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills for impact analysis and roadmap development.
