What you’ll do

To develop international voice platform as a service to monetize emerging opportunities and enable B2B products by leveraging Vodafone inherent strengths. This role will work closely with Business development, Commercial, Technology, and Regulatory teams for a timely execution of developments demands.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership

  • To define carrier voice product platform strategy as part of Unified Communication portfolio
  • Launch new products and propositions to increase Vodafone market share in the fast growing Hyper scalers and CPaaS segment
  • Convert business demands into product requirements , develop business case to secure funding and co-ordinate timely and accurate delivery by working closely with technology and business
  • Continuouly benchmark against the competing players and continue to improve customer experience in consuming Vodafone products
  • Development of strategic partners to expedite go to market with new capabilities
  • Represent and lead Vodafone in carrier industry forums
  • Develop product strategy & roamap, sales enabemenet, GTM & proposition

Core competencies, knowledge and experience

  • Minimum of 10 years in a telecom and technology services industry, preferably in international voice
  • Proven track record in technology product development or management
  • Comfortable in developing and explaining Business case KPIs
  • Flair for technology trends and market opportunities
  • Proven results in a matrix organization and cross stake holder management
  • Experience in working with carriers and technology partners

Key performance indicators

  • Developing and launch at least two new capabilities or propositions in a FY
  • Product P&L delivery
