What you’ll do
Role purpose:
- Collaborate with senior developers to develop cloud-based applications using .NET and C#.
- Assist in designing, architecting, and deploying scalable cloud solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Support the integration of APIs and web services for seamless data exchange.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to code quality improvement.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues in cloud applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Who you are
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
- Self-motivated/self-starter with the ability to build and maintain strong positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Basic proficiency in .NET and C# for object-oriented programming.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and eagerness to learn AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Understanding of software development principles and best practices.
- Knowledge of basic cloud security principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn from senior developers.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in developing and implementing within multiple delivery scenarios (e.g. Waterfall, Agile, DevOps etc
Desirable technical / professional qualifications:
- Relevant qualifications in AWS, Azure, Google
- React and/or frontend development
- Secure coding practises (e.g. OWASP, static code analysis and remediation)
- Github
- CI/CD (e.g. Jenkins)
- NoSQL Key Value Database (e.g. DynamoDB)
