What you’ll do
- Accountable for E2E technical design, delivery and deployment of IT Platforms and for strategic direction setting of the platform landscape, capabilities and operating structures of the IT platforms team developing an agile product roadmap.
- Build a high performing, capable and scalable IT Product team operating model, Build and maintain key business relationships with user communities and business sponsors.
- Start with the customer and work backwards to define your product vision and customer needs.
- Accountable for the overall business relationship with key Senior stakeholders whom strategies are linked with IT capability delivery, and for overall team and people development strategy of IT capabilities and in-house competency center.
- Transforming and optimizing the delivery model to maximize the potential of the teams, system integrators and offshore teams and satisfy business demands.
Who you are
- ITIL intermediate level certification (Service Delivery expertise)
- PMO or Prince 2 project management certification and SCRUM or Scaled Agile delivery experience
- 10 to 15 years’ experience in delivering BI/ERP Projects in international environment
- Experience and expertise of ERP & BI systems, SAP and/or Oracle / GCP / SaaS and on prem - including areas of analytics, Experience and functional expertise e.g Supply Chain, Finance, HR, Audit, Legal etc
- Experience and understanding of transforming and improving IT capabilities and IT application team Operating Models.

- Discretionary yearly bonus: 20%

- Charity days: 5 days/year
- Maternity/adoption leave: 52 weeks out of which the first 13 weeks are fully paid followed by 26 weeks of half pay and 6 months - working 4 days, getting paid 5
- Paternity leave: 16 weeks fully paid

- Private pension: You can contribute up to 5% of your basic pay with 2:1 matching from Vodafone up to 10%.
