What you’ll do

Participate in the design, development and delivery of core components of services in the area of IMS & IN Services with VF owned IPR for the generated software. Work closely with technical and non-tecnhical stakeholders to analyze service requirements, to define the software specifications and to develop reliable code in order to deliver products and services with direct customer impact.

Grant the certification process of the services to ensure the appropriate quality & end-to-end integration in the delivery phase, delivering high quality products and solutions.

Lead the evolution of the infrastructure and the services to enhance features and architectural capabilities to cope with business/technology evolution and to assure the reliability, robustness and resiliency of the platforms and services. Coordination and vendor management activities during the projects’ delivery, to guarantee time to market and compliancy to user requirements.
• Lead the solution design & manage the delivery of IMS & IN platforms and services evolution, addressing both technical and business needs.
• In-house development of core components of the services considering holistic business requirements and cutting-edge technologies (e.g. Microservices, Docker, RESTful ) to evolve product architecture
• Grant the services certification process to ensure the appropriate quality in the delivery phase, delivering high quality products and solutions
• Analysis and development of life-cycle process (CI/CD, Test Automation, Code Quality etc.) of the services and support their integration into end-to-end use cases

Who you are

• A mindset of continuous learning, willingness to share knowledge and learn from others. Ability to innovate, to work creatively and find solutions to complex problems
• Strong communication skills, be able to cooperate within a multi-national environment
• Talented software engineer with experience in developing both system and software architectures, willing to take on challenges
• At least 3 years experience in developing well-documented software in Java, RESTful API’s
• Proven experience in SpringBoot and Quarkus frameworks
• University degree in Telecommunication, Electronics or Information Technology
• Strong knowledge and development experience with programming languages/frameworks in Java (at least Java 11) and in services & architectural design using micro-services microservices, REST APIs
• Good knowledge in DevOps tools and Agile methodologies, Continuous Integration & Delivery with Docker, GitHub etc.
• Good knowledge og Linux, Unix
• Basic Knowledge of SQL (Oracle SQL preferred)
• Essential to have professional level fluency in English (spoken and written)
