What you’ll do

Role purpose:
• Understand business objectives and align AI and automation initiatives with organizational goals. Align AI and automation initiatives with organizational goals and strategic objectives.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet operational needs.
• Develop, test, and deploy AI models and automation tools, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Utilize advanced tools and platforms to create innovative solutions.
• Monitor the performance of deployed systems and refine them to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Key accountabilities
• Design and implement AI and automation strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Assess business processes to identify areas for optimization through AI and automation technologies.
• Develop AI models and automation workflows using tools like RPA platforms, machine learn
• Lead end-to-end implementation of AI and automation projects, from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and propose solutions using AI and automation.


Knowledge and experience
• Strong understanding of AI concepts, including machine learning (ML), deep learning (DL), natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision.
• Expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Proficiency in languages like Python, R, Java, or C++ for developing AI and automation solutions.
• Understanding of APIs and microservices for system integration.
• Understanding of business workflows and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Must have technical / professional qualifications:
• B.Sc. of Engineering or Computer science
• Proven experience in IT Automation and software engineering, technical leadership skills with a strong focus on new technology streams
• Experience and awareness of telecom technology.
• Strong knowledge in Automation Tools
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
