Job Responsibilities

- Assist in the operation and maintenance of our production software applications.
- Support in software deployments and release rollouts under supervision.
- Monitor system performance, assist in troubleshooting issues, and help ensure system reliability and availability.
- Develop basic automation scripts to enhance system efficiency and reduce human error.
- Document IT processes and system configurations as directed.
- Collaborate with several teams to contribute to the continuous improvement of the IT infrastructure.

Qualifications Required

- Completed education in computer science or a comparable qualification.
- Some professional experience or internships in managing IT systems.
- Basic knowledge of handling tools such as Splunk, Grafana, SQL, IIS, and Kubernetes.
- Exposure to or experience working with cross-functional DevOps teams, preferably in the process or manufacturing industry.
- Basic programming skills in C# and experience with the .NET platform.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving competence, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Team player with good communication skills in English; German language skills are a plus.
